The customer is at the centre of everything we do here at PFS Kitchens. Below is a step by step outline of our approach in providing you with your ideal kitchen or bedroom:
The initial customer consultation is the most important step of the process, during which our professional team will work with you to understand your requirements. Our studio showcases a range of kitchen and bedroom furniture options available to you; and our links to suppliers ensures we can offer the best in traditional, contemporary and modern finishes.
Building on the consultation, scale plans and 3D imagery are used to enable you to see how the furniture unit will look upon completion.
Price and timescale for the project will be negotiated at this point. Competitive pricing and prompt, efficient completion times are just two elements of our offering that we take great pride in.
After plans are finalised, your chosen furniture unit will be crafted using the best of traditional techniques and latest technologies by our team of qualified craftsmen in our 7,000 sq ft purpose built factory.Furniture units are delivered and fitted free of charge; and our experienced installation team will ensure that your furniture unit is fitted to the highest standard. In response to the growing needs of our customers, we now provide Construction and Auxiliary Services such as building works, plumbing, tiling, plastering and electrical wiring.
Upon project completion, we anticipate that the furniture unit will meet your expectations. We will be on hand for any aftercare queries.
We have a very structured way of working as you can see, but this approach means that we leave nothing to chance, the client is with us at every step of the way, and the final result will be everything and more than they hoped for. The fact that we have all the various services required in-house means that we have total control over all aspects of the design and creation, including the materials and fitting, and this makes it a lot easier to fulfill the expectations of our customers.
